Tapioca fiber is a dietary fiber derived from the cassava root and known for its excellent prebiotic qualities. We believe in a sustainable plant-based lifestyle. Organic pea protein is derived from yellow peas and offers a complete amino acid profile essential for muscle growth and repair. It’s hypoallergenic and easily digestible, making it a fantastic protein source for those with dietary sensitivities or seeking a vegan-friendly option. Pea protein is also rich in iron and is easily digestible, ensuring maximum nutrient absorption.

Each bar contains 24 grams of carbohydrates, but thanks to 10 grams of fiber, the net carb count is reduced to just 14 grams.

Our bars deliver six months of real goodness, with zero artificial additives or preservatives. 

Since we never use artificial preservatives in our bars, chocolate can and will melt when exposed to high temperatures. But have no fear! A little melted cacao will not change the taste or any nutritional values. Just pop the bars in the fridge for half and an hour and enjoy!

No. We do not use any artificial sweeteners in our products. 

And our monk fruit does not contain Erythritol.

We value the integrity of our products and work hard to ensure the health and safety of our customers. We do not resell or re-use any FAM Bar products. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns. If you accidentally placed an order, please contact us at hello@thefambar.com and we will try to catch your order. Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to make any adjustments to your order.
